House/Estate Manager needed for a single professionalin Boca Raton, FL. Must be pet friendly, there is a dog at the home.
- Salary: $100k $125K with a stipend to go towards health insurance
- Hours: Monday Friday, but some weekend work needed and a 24/7 approach
- Serving as an all-around gatekeeper to the residences
- Meeting daily with Principle to give status on projects and discuss priorities
- Managing and training staff members (administrative/personal assistant, domestic assistants), schedules, time reports and their duties, including external staff (boat captains, limousine drivers, housekeeping) as required to ensure all properties are looked after at all times
- Weekly meetings with staff to discuss ongoing projects and events
- Scheduling and overseeing building maintenance, lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, vehicle maintenance, vessel maintenance, pest control, HVAC maintenance, and clothing maintenance
- The Principal likes to entertain on his boats and plan philanthropy and charity events.
- Event coordination is heavy (catering, invitations, guests list, all hands-on deck, etc).
- Work with Controller and Administrative Assistant/PA in overseeing credit card expenditures and minor accounting tasks
- Work with AA/PA on continued development of SOP
- Problem solving, delegation skills, making executive minded decisions regarding the running of the homes and staff
- This role will require emotional intelligence, forward thinking, organizational skills, detail oriented, multitasking, positive attitude and can-do attitude.
- Working closely with the principals Administrative/PA to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Occasional travel to IL during summer for events
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite of Programs, MAC and/or Microsoft, iPad, iPhone, Apple Media, Spotify,
- Knowledge with nutrition is very helpful (i.e., Grass Fed/Grass Finished/Gluten free foods and products)
- This is a non-formal environment
- Must have a background in working in the Domestic Estate Field
- Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license
