Full-Time Nanny / House Manager – Locust Grove, GA – $20-$25 per hour

A loving and active family in Locust Grove, GA, is seeking a full-time, experienced nanny / house manager to care for their four children (ages 10, 9, 4, and 3). The ideal candidate will be structured, nurturing, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple children. The family offers live-in accommodations for candidates seeking a residential arrangement.

Schedule :

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Friday :  split shift 6 : 30 AM – 8 : 30 AM & 4 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM
  • Days off : Wednesday & Thursday
  • Saturday : 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
  • Sunday : 9 : 30 AM – 12 : 00 PM
  • Guaranteed hours every week
  • Summer schedule (June & July) : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Compensation & Benefits :

  • 20-$25 per hour (based on experience)
  • Paid time off : 2 weeks vacation (one week of family’s choosing), 3-5 sick / personal days
  • Major holidays off and paid
  • Open to payroll or cash payment

    • Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Morning school drop-off & afternoon pick-up (school starts at 7 : 00 AM)
  • Transporting children to and from after-school activities
  • Tutoring (1 hour per day in a foreign language)
  • Meal preparation (following recipes provided)
  • Children’s laundry & tidying up (bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen)
  • Running errands : Dry cleaning pickup, post office trips
  • Assisting with organization & light household management (Housekeeper comes once a week)

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Experience with multiple children (preferred)
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus
  • Must be able to swim (home has a pool)
  • Comfortable with pets (family is currently fostering a family of Husky puppies)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license (Family provides a car for use during working hours)
  • CPR / First Aid certification required
  • Provide 3-5 professional references
