Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $28-$32 per hour ($58,240-$66,560 annually)
- Start Date: Flexible, as the family is in the early stages of hiring
- Guaranteed hours every week
- Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays
- Providing engaging and attentive care for the child
- Managing daily routines, including playtime, meals, and naps (child is sleep-trained)
- Ensuring a safe environment at all times, especially with the pool in the backyard (must be a swimmer)
- Housekeeping support- help out with laundry, dishes, meal prep work and light cleaning around the house as needed.
- Collaborating with mom, who will be home for the first 4-5 months as she transitions back to work
- Being comfortable with an 8-year-old dog
- Excellent communicator who can clearly understand and express needs
- A career nanny or someone with motherly instincts (previous candidates without children lacked this quality)
- Energetic, patient, and experienced in toddler care
- Dog-friendly and comfortable in a home with a small pet
- Up to date on vaccinations (TDap, COVID-19, Flu required)
- Willing to travel with the family in the future (not a requirement at this time)
- Provide 3-5 professional references
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE INFANT EXPERIENCE REFERENCE.
- Must have U.S. work authorization
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- The family has deep cleaning completed once a week so will need someone to manage the upkeep for the rest of the week
- No driving responsibilities required
- Summer Schedule: The family will be traveling to the UK for two weeks (end of June early July)
