Private Special Needs Care Provider / Household Assistant in Newton, MA – $54,600-$72,800 Annually
Private special needs care provider needed on a full time basis for a family in Newton, MA, with a loving and musical 20-year-old girl with special needs. Looking for someone who is active, responsible and flexible. A true team player is needed in this wonderful young woman's development!
Ideal candidate would be :
- A natural care provider able to connect well
- Engaging, musical, and creative
- Comfortable with providing full and / or partial hygiene assistance
- Physically active and strong
- Appreciative of holistic oriented health care and education
- Adaptable, patient and attentive to details of the teen's overall needs
- Experienced in supporting ongoing learning for young adults with developmental challenges
Primary responsibilities include :
CNAs, Home Health Aides, and those with nursing background or in the education field with demonstrated experience in working with children and young adults with special needs are encouraged to apply.
Pay Rate : $30-$35 per hour
Benefits : Available and Negotiable
Full Time : 35-40 hours per week
Weekly Schedule : Some shifts / times may vary pending family needs and are arranged per mutual agreement
