Hourly rate : $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience

Start Date : As soon as the right candidate is found

Hours : Monday to Friday, 1 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 PM

Guaranteed 25 hours per week

Benefits : 1 week paid vacation, major holidays

Overview :

Seeking a caring and proactive part-time nanny for a family with one 3.5-year-old boy diagnosed with autism and speech delay.

The family is looking for someone who can provide compassionate and engaging care, help foster development, and assist with light household tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Provide attentive and proactive care for a 3.5-year-old boy.
• Engage the child in age-appropriate and developmental activities.
• Support the child’s needs during in-home speech therapy sessions.
• Prepare and provide healthy snacks.

Assist with light housekeeping, including baby laundry and folding.

Ideal Candidate :

• Must be an excellent communicator
• Kind, patient, and experienced in working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Proactive and resourceful in engaging the child and creating a nurturing environment.

Looking for a long-term position to build a strong relationship with the family.

Requirements :

• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Driving is required (the family can provide a car for work-related tasks).
