Part Time Housekeeper

Hours: Part-Time – 7 days a week, 2-3 hours per day
Pay: $40-$55 per hour

Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to manage the cleanliness and organization of the home. The ideal candidate will have experience in both general and specialized housekeeping tasks, with a strong focus on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of all areas in the residence, including common living spaces and guest areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the home.
• Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Make beds, change linens, and perform laundry duties, including ironing as needed.

• Care for high-end surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings using appropriate products and techniques to maintain their appearance.

• Maintain organization of household items, including packages, closets, pantries, and storage areas, with specialized attention to daily deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in high-net-worth (HNW) housekeeping or luxury hotel cleaning services is required.
• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a private residence with at least 3-5 years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
• Knowledge of proper care and maintenance for luxury homes, furnishings, and finishes.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, particularly for fine materials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
• Must have U.S. work authorization.
