Seeking a compassionate and experienced part-time Nanny/Mother's Helper for a growing family with two young children, aged 3 and 2 years old, and assist with a newborn. The role involves a mix of childcare and light household support, with flexibility to focus on either the older children or the newborn, depending on the family's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Care for the children in the afternoons, including pick-up from their part-time daycare (ends at 12) and engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Provide attentive care to the newborn when needed, allowing the parent to spend focused time with the older children.
- Prepare simple, kid-friendly meals and snacks as needed.
- Assist with light tidying and household tasks during nap times, including folding laundry, organizing toys, and keeping play areas clean.
- Foster a warm, calm, and nurturing environment for all three children.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $28-$35/hour ($36,400–$45,500 annually, depending on experience).
- Start date: ASAP
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00/6:00 PM (25–30 hours per week).
- Benefits: 1 week paid vacation, 2 sick/personal days, major holidays.

Qualifications:
