Full-Time Nanny Position in Henderson, NV
A family that recently relocated from California to Henderson is seeking a full-time nanny for their newborn, who is currently 3 weeks old. The family resides in a 14,000 sq. ft. home with 7 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms.
Responsibilities:
- Primary care for the newborn, including maintaining a consistent schedule, feeding, and implementing sleep training when appropriate.
- Keeping the child's areas neat and organized. While a housekeeper is employed, the nanny will be responsible for tidying up after the child.
- Coordinating with two other nannies who care for the family's older children during the day.
- Being a self-starter, able to follow instructions while also taking initiative when needed.
- Traveling with the family is not required but would be a bonus.
- Using a provided vehicle for child-related transportation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of newborn care experience is required. An NCS (Newborn Care Specialist) certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to commit to at least one year with the family and should be looking for a long-term position.
- Candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- No pets are in the home.
- No disciplinary responsibilities will be required from the nanny.
