Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in play and educational activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines.
- Assist with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and diaper changes for infants.
- Provide first aid as needed and ensure a safe environment for all children.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for play and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Plan fun and educational outings or activities that promote physical and cognitive development.
Experience
- Proven experience in caregiving roles such as babysitting or nannying.
- Familiarity with first aid practices; certification is a plus.
- Experience working with children of different ages, particularly infants and preschoolers.
- Skills in meal preparation that cater to children's nutritional needs.
- Ability to work effectively with children who have disabilities or special requirements is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with both children and parents.
