Babysitter/ Nanny

Position: Mommy’s Helper / Infant Care Assistant
Location: Southern Maryland
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP - June

We are a looking for a warm, reliable, and nurturing Mommy’s Helper to assist with caring for our sweet 7-month-old baby throughout the day. I work from home and need someone who can help support our daily routine—not just as a caregiver, but as someone who will be integral in our babies routine and blend with our family dynamic.

About the Role

The ideal person will enjoy spending time with babies and be excited to engage in developmental activities like tummy time, story time, play, and outdoor walks. You'll be supporting our baby’s growth while I work from home, helping to create a safe, happy, and enriching environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging our baby in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
• Going on daily walks (weather permitting)
• Preparing and feeding baby’s solids (guidance and food provided)
• Cleaning up after meals and tidying the baby’s play/eating area
• Helping to maintain a peaceful and predictable daily routine
• Occasional light tidying related to baby care

Requirements:

• Must be able to understand English
• Must be kind, dependable, and enjoy working with babies
• A background check is required
• No prior professional experience is necessary – we are happy to train the right person with the right heart and attitude
• Looking for someone who wants to grow with our family long-term

Details:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pay: Bi-weekly
• Location: Southern Maryland

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
