Job Description
Seeking a qualified candidates for a Telecom Analyst position at our Cleveland Ohio area client.
Job Duties and Responsibilities : The main responsibilities are :
Manages requests for changes to phones and voice mailboxes.
Some project planning.
Work with the caregiver that submits the request to figure out the details of what is needed by the caregiver / department.
Analyst works with department to design the phones and the call flows needed.
Information is then converted to the technical details for the technician to program the phones.
This role also represents telecom in major projects.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge : Top Skills
Experience with large moves, adds, changes of IP, digital and analog phones.
Experience in large campus environment
Good interpersonal skills
Experience with CS1000 phone programming would be a plus
Familiarity with Cisco UCM phone programming would be a plus
Location : Initial training is onsite in Cleveland Ohio and also may have limited local travel between facilities. Remote work available after training. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST.
