We are looking for a passionate Online Streaming Moderator to help us maintain a positive environment for our customers alongside our streamers and provide a 5 star experience for all.
Job Description:
As an Online Streaming Moderator, you will be assisting our streamers behind-the scene with the LIVE stream shows, ensuring that our viewers and buyers remain engaged, respectful, and aligned with our values. Your role will involve the following duties including but not limited to assisting the streamer with LIVE stream shows by monitoring live chats, facilitating viewers’ requests, providing necessary information on items shown in the LIVE streams for the streamers, and handling any issues that may arise during the streaming sessions. You will work closely with our team to create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the streaming experience for both viewers and streamers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the streaming team to promote upselling, bundle sales, etc.
- Provide necessary information on products being sold
- Monitor live chat interactions during streaming sessions to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Engage with viewers and streamers to foster a friendly and inclusive environment.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or inappropriate behavior promptly and professionally.
- Provide support and assistance to streamers, helping them connect with their audience.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of online streaming platforms and community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in retail/sales and customer service.
- Ability to think and act quickly while remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in conflict resolution is a plus.
- Familiarity with luxury goods or resale markets is a plus.
- Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
Education: High school diploma or GED
Skills/Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word and Excel and Google doc
