We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate for a contract position to support our operations.
Job Description:
As a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you will play a key role including but not limited to assisting our logistics team, ensuring that products are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Scan new inventory and accurately document items.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Authenticate received inventory using the Entrupy device.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization.
- Substitute as an online streaming moderator when necessary (more information/training provided if needed)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to [insert weight]) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
