We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire our team, and ensure our bar is the go-to spot for great drinks and excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bar operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff training.
- Develop and maintain an exciting, high-quality beverage menu, including seasonal cocktails, wine, and craft beer selections.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage ordering and budgeting.
- Train and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with management to execute promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor bar performance metrics, including sales and profitability, and implement strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in bar operations software and POS systems.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
