Our team is seeking some really dynamic leaders! Nan's Kitchen is expanding it's farm to table, chef driven fried chicken concept to 6 new municipalities over the next 2 years
We are looking to partner with inspiring, dynamic and motivated people leaders to help us nurture and grow our teams in the same way our chefs nurture and tend to our vegetables!

- 10 years leading teams in a high volume food service environment
- Experience administrating a structured development program for managers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Extremely strong organizational skills
- Systems orientated manager
- Strong background in training a huge plus
- Extremely strong administrative skills
- Restaurant Rescue experience a huge plus
- Experience with COGS and steering a restaurants profitability
- Drive for results in all areas including: recruiting, training, employee evaluation, purchasing, work center management,
prime cost drivers, food quality, presentations, ticket times and guest relations
- Strong experience with P&L construction
Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
