Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests? NOC is looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Parking Lot Attendants at the Wesser Campus in Bryson City, NC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. We seek individuals who excel in customer service and can efficiently manage parking while assisting guests and staff with questions or needs. Working alongside fellow attendants, you will help create a safe, organized, and inviting environment for everyone.
This seasonal / part-time, hourly position runs from April 2024 - September 2024. This position mostly operates on weekends but there are events throughout the season where we will need help on some Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and staff and assist them in finding available parking.
- Maintain smooth traffic flow to ensure an easy and stress-free parking experience.
- Provide helpful guidance about parking options, facility amenities, and general information.
- Offer friendly assistance to guests and staff who need help locating parking spaces.
- Monitor the parking area to ensure a safe, organized, and guest-friendly atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with management, sharing any guest concerns or opportunities to enhance service.
