Job Details
Job Summary : The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, and assessment of physical therapy services for outpatients.
The Physical Therapist assists the Supervisor in compiling reports and data, and plans and provides care to patients reflecting individual patient needs.
Job Requirements
Delaware State licensure
CPR certification
Minimum 2 years experience
Ability to read and communicate in the English language
Schedule Information
The outpatient department is open from 7a to 5 : 30 p.
Shifts entail approximately 6 hrs. of direct patient care, and 2 hrs. for documentation and follow-up with physicians.
Possible occasional weekend work in acute care
Unit Specific Information
Responsible for 8 to 12 patients a day – 24 units done daily, average unit = 15 minutes
Computerized documentation : will train on EPIC
