What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Assistant Director, IPGC Programme Management and Operations position at Nanyang Technological University?
NTU PACE plays a pivotal role in driving NTU’s lifelong learning initiatives under Continuing Education & Training (CET), as well as in offering innovative interdisciplinary Master of Science programmes. This role is specifically responsible for providing leadership, strategic oversight, operational guidance for all academic matters, and student administrative services for the suite of inter-disciplinary graduate programmes (IPGC).
The position reports to the Deputy Director (Operations Management). He / She will manage a team of 4 professionals to ensure smooth and seamless delivery for the programmes. He / She will oversee the development of programmes and services that enhance students’ engagement and well-being. He / She needs to work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as alumni, current students, academic departments within the University, and other academic / partner institutions in ensuring a high-quality learning experience for the IPGC programmes. Planning and Leadership
- Work with Deputy Director (Operations Management) to develop and implement a plan for student outreach and experience that aligns with NTU’s mission, vision, and goals for inter-disciplinary graduate programmes
