Medical Assistant
Locations : Brooklyn, New York
Schedule : Monday - Saturday, 8 hours - 12 hours (rotating weekends)
Pay Range : $18 - $23 / hourly

Job Summary
As a Medical Assistant at Nao Medical, you'll be more than just a support team member - you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. Primary Responsibilities
- Clinical Care : Take vital signs, assist with procedures, and collect / prepare lab specimens.
- Patient Experience : Provide compassionate, prompt responses to inquiries, ensuring every patient feels valued.
- Administrative Support : Manage patient registration, insurance verification, and scheduling as needed.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with our team to deliver timely, high-quality care.

Job Requirements
Education & Skills :
Tech-Savvy : Familiar with EMR systems (ECW) and HIPAA regulations.
Empathetic & Adaptable : A team player with exceptional communication skills, ready to thrive in diverse situations.
Bilingual : Spanish-English fluency is a plus.
