(NAOVI) is an AA / EEO Employer Minorities / Women / Veterans / Disabled.Job Description : NAOVI is seeking a qualified Senior Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) who applies instructional design and adult learning principles and strategies to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional courses, assessments, job aids, and other learning deliverables for clients.Provides full spectrum training delivery and administration services for Insider Threat and Operational Security classes. Additionally, it supports Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and education, outreach, communication, and development activities.Provides full spectrum training services, including but not limited to : Instructing modules in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.Facilitating breakout sessions in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.Updating Insider Threat and Operational Security curriculum.Administering government Insider Threat and Operational Security training programs.Registering and communicating with prospective and current students.Setting up virtual classrooms and breakout rooms.Establishing and disseminating the course calendars.Distributing course certificates and surveys.Supporting Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and education, outreach, communication, and development activities, including but not limited to : Editing and refreshing Insider Threat Competency Resource Guides, including conducting focus groups, designing and disseminating surveys, analyzing survey results, and writing reports.Supporting the Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional Program, including participating in bi-weekly phone calls, conveying customer interests, coordinating governance meetings, and reviewing technical reports.Contributing to and attending IC events including the Insider Threat Data Analysis working group and the 811 Conference.Participating in planning and executing National Insider Threat Awareness Month events.Education and Experience : MS / MA 10 years of experience or no degree and 24 years of experience. RequiredRequires a TS / SCI with Polygraph.
