We have been providing great service and parts in the area and we are looking for excellent people to help us continue that growth.
We are looking for an Experienced Store Manager to join our team and lead our Warehouse/retail store in MODESTO. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales, developing promotional campaigns, and maintaining inventory levels. We are looking for a motivated leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
- Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profits.
Additional Qualifications Needed:
- Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record.
- At least 24 years of age
- Be able to lift up to 50lb
