Our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts is looking for passionate and hard-working individuals to join our family as a Retail Sales Associates/Assistant manager.
Our key to serving the community begins with our Retail Sales Associate and Managers by showing excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and a willingness to learn. Let us teach you all about our “Know How”; it’s the reason our customers continue to come back. We depend on our Counter Sales team to exemplify our commitment to quality, and service. We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn about all things automotive
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING –
- Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs
- Helping team members when working with customers
- Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems
- Driving store growth, increase sales, and profitability
- Learning the ins and outs of managing our locally owned Napa
- Providing daily leadership to employees and creating a store culture like no other
- Learning about the always changing world of automotive
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct
WHAT YOU’LL NEED –

- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
