What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Parts Site Manager position at Napa Auto Parts?
Provides onsite management level assistance to the customer using Company resources to ensure the customer’s day to day operation is running efficiently. Assumes responsibility for inventory protection, asset management and any customer issues. Ensures the parts room is clean and organized and maintains a positive relationship with the customer.
Responsibilities:
-Industry experience required
-Provide excellent customer service
-Inventory management
-Utilize Company resources and/or other tools available to track products in and outside the Napa system
-Ability to source parts in accordance to customer needs/requests
-Develop and maintain professional relationships with outside vendors
-Provide the customer updates on pending products or service questions
-Understand and maintain the Napa (TAMS) buy-out PO process
-Ensure product is received timely; in addition to stocking the parts room with popular items
-Return non-company inventory timely
-Ability to bill and credit the customer timely
Qualifications:
-HS Diploma or equivalent required
-Technical school and/or college degree a plus
-ASE certification a plus
-Face to face customer experience a plus
-Previous experience in the automotive industry a plus
-Ability to manage and prioritize
-Strong communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Possess self-motivation
-Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and possess an ability to remain calm under pressure
-Possess problem solving skills
-Ability to learn the NAPA software in addition to any customer platforms
Physical Demands:
Ability to regularly stand, walk, talk, listen, sit, stoop, kneel and crouch
able to lift and/or move product up to 60 pounds

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
