What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Retail Sales Associate position at Napa Auto Parts?

We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn about all things automotive.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs
- Helping team members when working with customers
- Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems
- Learning about the always changing world of automotive
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct
- WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and professional conduct
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to attend work daily
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background test
- Must be willing to work weekends
