What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counter Sales/Delivery Driver position at NAPA Auto Parts?
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Stock shelves and ensure inventory is properly displayed
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer orders
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using a forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment as needed
- Prepare merchandise for delivery or shipment
- Assist with route driving or courier duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a counter sales or customer service role preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
