What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counter Sales - Part Time position at Napa Auto Parts?
We are a locally owned parts store in need of an experienced, sales driven, organized, and reliable parts sales professional
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service, and accurately and quickly find automotive, heavy duty, and agricultural parts.
- Work with existing and new customers to generate revenue and build a strong relationship with them.
- Efficiently dispatch deliveries.
- Assist the store management team in running all daily store tasks.
- Maintain a safe work environment, including vehicles, for all employees
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:
- Experience working in the aftermarket auto parts industry
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Experience in Heavy Duty Truck Parts, Paint and Body products, as well as Agricultural and Industrial products.
- Excellent computer and cataloging skills.
- Ability to create relationships with people.
