Job description
This Delivery Driver position involves driving a panel van from Ft Pierce to Lake Worth 2 times daily, shuttling parts between multiple locations. This is an important part of our daily process in which we serve our fellow team members and customers. Safe driving and dependability are key components for this position. What you will be doing:
- Delivering parts between our coastal locations from Ft Pierce to Lake Worth.
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering our parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador as you represent Performance NAPA
- Building long-term relationships with fellow teammates you deliver to

What you’ll need:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary and the stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Operate within our safe driving policy. (monitored by camera)
- Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass drug test
- Must be insurable
