This is a delivery dispatching opportunity with huge impact on our NAPA business! While it takes great people to serve our customers from the inside, our dispatcher job is for those who want to have an impact on the effectiveness of our delivery service outside the store.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating all deliveries, by staging and dispatching our drivers using our NAPA Delivery Tracker Software
- Checking correct part numbers and quantities
- Assisting with incoming shipments into the store
- Serving as the boss of the delivery drivers
- Making sure the drivers' vehicles are ready to go by the drivers adhering to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and that basic maintenance is done (e.g., correct tire pressure).

What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary and the stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made
- Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Valid Driver’s License
