Full job description
NAPA Dennis Port is looking for a parts counter person, preferably with experience also parts knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls
- Assist walk-in customers in a timely and professional manner
- Look up parts requested, using electronic parts catalog
- Complete all orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers on quoted parts to close sale
- Prospect new and existing clients regularly
- Process all invoices and paperwork daily
- Tasks set by the manager
- Assist with daily parts deliveries
1 Year of parts Inventory—preferred
