Job Description
NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a Parts Specialist who is energetic, customer service oriented, and wants to be part of a team that is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for ordering parts, inventorying parts, and maintaining the parts inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience ordering parts in an automated system and will have experience with keeping inventory levels in an electronic system.
Duties & Responsibilities
Order parts from vendors and maintain the inventory of all parts in the system.
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
- Communicate with customers on order status and confirm delivery times as needed.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure all customers are satisfied with the quality of products provided.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment including but not limited to: replacing components, adjusting components, and performing preventative maintenance as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions regarding parts availability, warranty policies, and any other questions customers may have.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
Experience & Qualifications
·High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
·Previous experience in an automated parts ordering system required.
·Previous experience working in an electronic parts inventorying system required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $10.50 per hour
