What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory/Dispatcher/Driver position at NAPA Auto & Truck Parts of Chaska?
Extremely busy NAPA store looking for someone to oversee the back of the store with incoming and outgoing product. Will be responsible for direction of the local delivery drivers delivering product to our wholesale customers in an efficient and safe manner. This position also will be responsible for incoming freight as well as pulling and sending product to our other 18 NAPA stores (as needed) .
This position requires a person to be able to multitask continuously throughout the shift of 7am-4pm Monday-Friday with key skills of ability to prioritize with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to keep up in a fast paced environment with standing for long periods of time; being able to climb steps/ladders; ability to lift 50 pounds and bend/squat to floor level shelving. Will be a back up delivery driver delivering to our wholesale accounts in and around the Chaska area; therefore must have a good driving record.
Knowledge of the surrounding communities of Chaska very helpful.
Prior experience not required. Will train the right person who has the energy and drive to succeed! Excellent growth opportunity available within our group of 18 NAPA stores.
