Job Summary
The job of College and Career Readiness Grant Coordinator is done for the purpose / s of providing program leadership, guidance and support to local districts and their instructional program; designing and implementing programs; planning and coordinating professional development activities; identifying and analyzing performance measures, results data, and / or program quality indicators; providing high level coaching; enhancing and supporting programs for improving student attendance and learning; collaborating with community partners, schools, and teachers; and representing Napa County Office Education (NCOE) and programs to families, communities, employers, and community partners. This position is a member of the Leadership Team.
This Job reports to Assigned Supervisor.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :
- California Administrators Credential
- California CTE or Multiple / Single Subject Teaching Credential
- CPR / First Aid Certificate
- Master's Degree
- 10 years of full-time experience in Career Technical Education
