Job Summary
This position will provide coaching, professional development, workforce advising and technical assistance to site supervisors, teachers and other Early Childhood staff to enhance the early learning and development of young children.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :
- One of the following : Child Development Master Teacher Permit, Child Development Site Supervisor Permit, Child Development Program Director Permit, or ECSE Teaching Certification
- A Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or a related field; or 5 years of successful classroom experience in Early Education, 2 years of administrative experience, including experience in classroom
- Experience with Practice Based Coaching
