What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of CCR-Technical Assistance and Grant Management position at Napa County Office Of Education?
The College and Career Readiness Assistant Director is responsible for supporting career and technical education (CTE) initiatives, managing grant activities, and providing technical assistance to support the implementation of high-quality college and career pathways. This position plays a crucial role in coordinating K12 Strong Workforce Program (K12 SWP) activities, securing and managing grants, and supporting the Golden State Pathways Program (GSPP) to ensure alignment with regional workforce needs, labor market demands, and student career readiness. The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) is a public agency that provides academic services and enrichment opportunities for students, teachers and the community, as well as critical business services for school districts. NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. NCOE also operates numerous federal and state grants including a robust AmeriCorps program and state-wide projects supporting Special Education students. NCOE's Early Childhood Services program is a leader in inclusive classroom structures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in CTE educational leadership and program management in K-12 education settings, with a focus on career pathways and college readiness.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing regional or state technical assistance.
• Valid California Clear Administrative Credential
• Valid California CTE or Multiple/Single Subjects teaching credential
• Master’s degree in education or public administration
