Sunrise,FL - USA Position Requirements The RCM Front End Quality Control Auditing Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and accuracy of front-end revenue cycle operations. This role ensures that all pre-billing activities, including patient registration, insurance verification, and coding, meet the highest standards of compliance and efficiency. The Manager will lead a team of quality control auditors, conduct regular quality control audits, and implement strategies to enhance overall performance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct regular audits of patient registration, insurance verification, and coding to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Identify and address discrepancies or issues in front-end operations promptly. Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality control auditors. Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback to team members. Analyze audit results and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements. Work closely with front-end revenue cycle staff, including patient access and billing teams, to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate quality control measures into system processes. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and revenue cycle processes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
