Sunrise,FL - USA Position Requirements The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the operational aspects of the talent acquisition process, ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment strategies, initiatives, and tools. This role will involve streamlining processes, managing recruitment technology, and ensuring compliance while supporting the Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring top talent efficiently. The TA Operations Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that the talent acquisition processes align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely recruitment delivery. Develop and implement standardized workflows and best practices for recruitment operations. Monitor, evaluate, and adjust processes to enhance the candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction. Technology & Tools Management: Oversee the management and integration of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking system (Workday) and CRM (Symphony Talent). Manage the selection and implementation of new recruitment tools or software that can improve the TA function. Ensure that all recruitment tools are updated and provide accurate data reporting for performance tracking and decision-making. Data & Reporting: Generate and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment activities, trends, and challenges, recommending process improvements. Use data insights to make recommendations for continuous process improvement, ensuring best practices are followed. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact for TA teams and business leaders, assisting with operational support and providing guidance on recruitment processes. Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of the hiring process, from job requisition to onboarding. Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members, ensuring resources are optimized for maximum impact. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition operations and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the recruitment team that align with company goals and compliance requirements. Training & Development: Train and mentor the Talent Acquisition team on operational processes, tools, and best practices. Provide ongoing development opportunities for the team to enhance their technical and operational skills. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, job boards, and agencies to ensure service delivery and contract adherence. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure that external resources are effectively contributing to the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruitment, or HR operations. Proven track record of optimizing recruitment processes and managing recruitment technologies (ATS, HRIS systems). Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and reporting. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience with specific recruitment technologies (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.). Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) or similar certifications. Experience in managing or leading a recruitment team.
