Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor and assess resident health, documenting changes and reporting to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
- Uphold the facility's commitment to resident dignity, privacy, and independence.
Qualifications:
- Valid California LVN license.
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
