2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Are you an experienced Diesel Technician ready to take on new challenges? Join NAPA Transportation, Inc., where you’ll maintain and repair a variety of refrigerated and dry van trailers. Your expertise will ensure our fleet operates at peak performance, whether on the road or in the yard.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair : Identify and troubleshoot issues with refrigerated and dry van trailers across multiple makes and models.
- Maintenance : Perform maintenance and repairs on trailers, ensuring all systems, including power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, and more, are functioning correctly.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
- Safety Compliance : Follow company safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Mobile Service : Safely operate a NAPA service truck to perform repairs at customer facilities or roadside.
- On-Call Availability : Be available for service calls outside of standard working hours on a rotating basis.
- Yard Safety : Adhere to yard control safety guidelines at both NAPA and customer facilities.
- Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned.
