As a PTA, you will assist in delivering high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Responsibilities :
- Assist the physical therapist in planning and implementing treatment programs.
- Carry out treatment plans for patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
- Monitor patients' progress and report findings to the physical therapist.
- Educate patients and their families about the treatment plan and how to achieve maximum benefits.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities. Qualifications :
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of California.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
