This is a .20 FTE Temporary Position / This is for the 2024-2025 School Year. Under the supervision of the Director lll, College and Career Readiness, the Lead District Counselor assists counselors in the evaluation and execution of academic plans to ensure all students are college and career-ready. They also provide staff development in academic planning, college/career awareness, fostering a collaborative environment for student success district-wide through coordination of counseling meetings and technology implementation.
