- Qualify and develop insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through in-person, online, phone, or written communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects by providing timely quotations, regular follow-ups, and general account support.
- Anticipate and respond to client needs, round accounts, solicit increases in coverage, and network for new clients and win-backs.
- Secure best coverage and rates for insured clients, process quotes, bind insurance, and provide necessary documentation.
