- Identifying, qualifying, and developing personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication.
- Fostering and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
- Anticipating, responding to, and following up on all existing client needs.
- Supporting and preparing clients for renewal and retention, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved, and executing sales activity documentation in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
