NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of electronic security systems. We are seeking an experienced Collections Expert to join our team.
About the Job:
You will be responsible for collecting past due accounts and negotiating payment plans with customers. This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, as well as proficiency in reviewing and resolving chargebacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding past due accounts and negotiate payment plans as required
- Review aging weekly to maintain account portfolio
- Navigate the service portal for monthly subscribers who require assistance with their monitoring services
- Prepare bank and trade references for new accounts
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes/deductions
- Proficient in reviewing and resolving chargebacks
- Work with customer service and returns department to resolve outstanding issues
- Initiate A/R account adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of related collections experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Mapics XA/AS400 (or similar: JD Edwards, etc.), Excel
