**Job Title:** Financial Collections Expert
NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc.
We are seeking a skilled Financial Collections Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Department, you will be responsible for collecting past due accounts and negotiating payment plans with customers.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of related collections experience and be proficient in reviewing and resolving chargebacks. You will also work closely with customer service and returns departments to resolve outstanding issues and initiate A/R account adjustments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding past due accounts and negotiate payment plans as required
- Review aging weekly to maintain account portfolio
- Navigate the service portal for monthly subscribers who require assistance with their monitoring services
- Prepare bank and trade references for new accounts
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes/deductions
- Proficient in reviewing and resolving chargebacks
- Work with customer service and returns department to resolve outstanding issues
- Initiate A/R account adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of related collections experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Mapics XA/AS400 (or similar: JD Edwards, etc.), Excel
