Responsibilities:
- Work with Materials Department to support activities related to ERP/MRP system – including but not limited to MRP reports, Manufacturing order maintenance, intercompany PO’s.
- Assist with reviewing and providing ECN effective dates to drive material consumption and revision start dates.
- Purchase order approvals in the $5K-$10K range.
- Provide component ETA’s to NY Customer Service and expedite as needed to eliminate backorders.
- Perform Intercompany sales transactions for weekly shipments from DR to NY.
- Adjust component item coding in system related to vendor changes, lead time adjustments, and variance reviews on estimated annual usages.
- Other assignments as required and assigned by management.
- Require ERP/MRP experience.
- MAPICS/Infor is a Plus.
