Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced NP to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for practicing independently with the support of the physician to assess and manage patients in the office setting as well as performing patient rounds in nearby Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Weekly Schedule: 1 day per week in the office in addition to patient rounds in nearby Skilled Nursing Facilities
Hours: Negotiable
No Holidays/On Call
PTO Paid Time Off, Matching 401k
Qualifications:
License: Possess a valid and active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois, along with a current license as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of Illinois
Clinical Expertise: Proficient in diagnosing and treating medical conditions, utilizing evidence based practices and maintaining the highest standards of care.
Detail- Oriented: Exhibit a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in patient assessments, documentation, and treatment plans.
Empathetic Care: Deliver patient-centered care with compassion, respecting the individuality and unique needs of each patient.
CPR Certification: Maintain current CPR certification-Basic Life Support (BLS)
Work Setting/Location: In-person, Private practice
Ability to Commute/ Relocate: Naperville, IL 60540: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
