What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concession Grill Cook position at Naperville Park District?
The Concession Grill Cook is responsible for all day-to-day frontline food preparation and cooking at the Centennial Grill. This includes grilling, frying, cleaning & maintaining cooking equipment, sanitation, food & refrigeration temperature checks, and dish duty.
Responsibilities :
- Cook food using the recipes provided by the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Follow sanitary practices for food handling, cooking, and general cleaning of the facility.
- Respond to customer needs in a timely fashion.
- Inspect, inventory, and initiate requests for purchases and repairs of equipment and supplies to the Concession Shift Supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment for coworkers and customers.
- Respond appropriately to emergency procedures.
