Responsibilities :
- Assist customers on the phone and in person, with processes and questions providing an exceptional customer service experience and promoting Park District services and facilities.
- Monitor safety of golf patrons.
- Collect appropriate fees.
- Reserve tee times.
- Assist in general maintenance and cleanliness of clubhouse.
- Assist in presentation and sale of merchandise.
