Job Title: Café Team Member
Location: Cafe on the Bay, Naples Bay Resort

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Complete side work to ensure the café is clean and well-maintained
- Prepare and serve beverages and menu items according to café standards
- Ensure guests have a positive experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Barista experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
