Computer Support Technician
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Technician II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Support:
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues, including network connectivity, printer problems, and application errors.
Provide timely and effective technical assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, escalating issues as necessary.
System Administration:
Maintain and update computer systems, including software installations, patches, and configuration changes.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
User Support:
Provide guidance and training to users on IT systems and applications.
Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for troubleshooting and user reference.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network infrastructure.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:
A certification or equivalent experience.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Network , Security ) are a plus.
